About
Hildee.eu is the business home of Horváth Ildikó — Hildee — an international facilitator and the creator of the Mentix™ method. Her practice sells six things at once: one-to-one consultations, a six-week mentor program, retreats at home and abroad, recurring in-person and online programs, a monthly membership, and pre-recorded courses in the Mentix Akadémia. Everything is in Hungarian, and everything can be booked and paid for online.

Challenge
A ten-line brief that hid six businesses
The brief fit on one page: ten lines — booking, a mentor program, retreats, recurring programs, automated confirmation mail, a membership, a paid course library, free downloads, a newsletter, and a popup. Read as a spec, each line is a separate feature with its own payment or delivery, its own emails, and its own admin screens.
The second constraint was the Hungarian market: card payments and recurring subscriptions, e-invoices that satisfy Hungarian law, and statutory withdrawal rules on every digital purchase. The client also needed to run it without me — open a new retreat, send out a month's membership material, fix her own copy on a live page.

Solution
One codebase, and an owner who can edit the live site
I built it as a single Next.js App Router project on Vercel, with Neon Postgres and Drizzle underneath — 41 tables covering orders, bookings, membership, content, and the admin's own plumbing. Stripe handles both one-off purchases and the monthly subscription, Számlázz.hu issues the Hungarian e-invoice, Resend delivers 26 React-rendered transactional emails, and a booking engine checks every slot against Hildee's Google Calendar, her published weekly hours, and the bookings already taken, so her own calendar decides what the booking page offers.
On top of that sit a 47-page admin panel and an inline editor: Hildee opens any live page, edits the copy in place, and publishes — with drafts, publish history, and a restore button. A panel assistant called Bubi, built on the Anthropic SDK, answers her questions about her own orders and bookings. What the platform does:
- Consultation booking with a topic picker, paid in the same step
- Availability read live from Google Calendar, with confirmed bookings synced back
- Six-week mentor program with a downloadable progress workbook
- Retreat pages with a destination world clock and a live countdown to the start
- Programs people apply and pay for, in person or online, with a waitlist when a date fills
- Monthly membership on Stripe subscriptions — one fixed Zoom link, new material each month
- Mentix Akadémia: pre-recorded video and PDF materials, sold individually and browsable by category
- Confirmation emails carrying the Telegram group and the Zoom link, and the recording sent out afterwards
- Hungarian e-invoices through Számlázz.hu, emailed to the buyer and downloadable as PDF in the admin
- Newsletter double opt-in, free material downloads, and a configurable site popup
- Inline page editing with drafts, publish history, and one-click restore
- Statutory withdrawal requests handled end to end, on both the customer and admin side
